Energy always has a way of completing itself, so by denying our shadow we end up by attract it or suffering pain created by resisting it. This workshop will tap into the concept of ‘what or who’ we think we are and ‘what or who’ we think we are not; The box we put ourselves in. Becoming aware of the shadow helps us gradually accept instead of deny the duality within and all around us. Learning to accept and embrace our shadow helps us stop the judgement and criticism of our self and others, and gradually replace that with love and acceptance of all. It is important to understand that we see in others reflects what we have within us; that goes for what we like and approve of as well as what we dislike and suppress. We learn about releasing judgement andcriticism, accepting our selves as whole and allow love for all that we are.

This workshop will look into the qualities of both our higher self, our connection to the Divine, as well as those of our lower self, the qualities which go with our human experience, and then the birth of the ‘mask’ through upbringing and social conditioning which eventually create our belief system. It is important to become aware of the mask in order to shed it, accept all lower self qualities in order not to act upon them and thus live a more uplifting existance which requires us to be whole. By becomingaware we see that we have the choice of what to act on, and that is what can help us thrive and actinstead of being in the survive and react mode.

This workshop will help us become aware of where our fears may come from, how the energy of fear works and how it may create a pattern of ‘comfort’, acting energetically as a magnet for more of the same throughout our life. Long term unreleased fear energy gets stagnated in our body and becomes the ‘norm’ and that’s how we may suffer as adults, with anxiety and other physical diseases in the body. By becoming aware of our fears and how to let that energy go, we help our body relax through the release ofmemories, emotions and the help of breathing exercises.

In this workshop we will have a look at the energy of emotions, what we judge as good, bad and ugly. What becomes acceptable or rejected through upbringing and social conditioning. We work on creating awareness of which emotion it is, acknowledging it, accepting it as a teacher and release that energy by feeling it out. By allowing the energy flow not to stagnate, but actually simply flow through our body, we create health on a holistic level, for ourselves as well as those in our lives.

In this workshop we will learn that pleasure is our birth right and how to have more of it in our lives. We will look into observing guilt as a teacher, how we create it, how to acknowledge and release it. We will look into the healthy side of becoming selfish towards ourselves and not feeling guilty about it!

This workshop will look into the development of our personality and the ego, how we create a ‘self’ based on upbringing, social conditioning and our belief system. How we may get wrapped up in shame. We will learn how to accept ourselves as unique expressions of the Divine, each one of us special and necessary. We will look into observing shame as a teacher, how it comes about as an energy, how we create it, how to acknowledge and release it.

In this workshop we will look into when and how anger starts building up and the social conditioning and beliefs around the topic. We will tap into what that energy can do on an emotional as well as physical level. It is necessary to acknowledge, accept and understand our anger and learn how to release it. Once released our benefits are many on a mental, emotional and physical level.

This workshop will focus on the energy of love, how we received it as children, how we felt towards ourselves and how we are in our relationships. This information helps us uncover patterns which can be cleared and resolved once we have the awareness of how we created it. Once the awareness ssets in then we work on the acceptance of others vs our expectations.

This workshop will focus on communication, how safe and accepted we felt as children to express our needs and suffering, and how we also learnt to keep quiet in order to please and not hurt those around us. Once we become aware of where our communication got blocked, we can work on releasing any pain, fear or anger in order to use our voice to express our love and acceptance to everyone in our life.

This workshop sheds light on what Aristotle and so many others meant when they shared that children keep downloading information between the time they are born up until the age of 7. We will look into some of our beliefs, how we may have created them, how to create changes in our lives simply by becoming aware of the role we play in our life situations.
